Please note government regulations as of 1st November 2025 require you to have completed a face-to-face appointment with Irene in the last 12 months for a telehealth appointment to qualify for a Medicare rebate.
When requesting an appointment please advise if a Telehealth consult is preferred. Telehealth consults can be available outside standard business hours, at a time convenient to you.

Find a quiet, private space and have your diabetes information ready (CGM reader, pump, glucose logs, medications, notebook).
At your appointment time, click the link, enable your camera and microphone, and connect with Irene face to face.
During the session, Irene will assess your glucose trends, review device data, discuss challenges, and adjust your personalised care plan.
After the consultation, you will get a clear summary of your plan, any recommended resources, and guidance for your next steps including booking follow up appointments if needed.
